No-Return Refund Policy

At Therapy Matters the Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not accept returns, we do offer refunds under certain conditions. Items eligible for a refund must meet the following criteria:

  1. Eligibility: Refunds are applicable for items that arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the description.
  2. Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of receipt via email at operatonsmanager@my-therapymatters.com.
  3. Process: To initiate a refund, contact our customer service with your order details and evidence of the issue (photos, description, etc.).
  4. Approval: Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
